Feiko Zijlstra
I, Feiko Zijlstra, have been working as a pension professional since 1997. After having worked for several years at pension insurer Delta Lloyd (now: NN), I made the switch to the consultancy sector. At Ernst & Young Actuarissen BV, I gained years of experience as a pension consultant and financial planner for employers, employees and private individuals. This particularly in the SME sector. I worked closely with EY’s accountants and tax advisers.
After my business economics degree at the University of Groningen, I completed various insurance courses. For instance, I am a Wft-certified Pension Advisor and a CFP® certified financial planner. Characteristic of my services is creating and investing in long-term close relationships with my clients. I can understand complex pension situations and personal financial situations in a clear and unambiguous way. This enables employers to make informed pension choices.
Feiko has been working as an independent pension consultant with his own pension advisory practice since 2020. With effect from 1 August 2022, he has joined ZKR Pensioenconsultants B.V.

Aloys Harmsen
I have been working in pensions since 1984. After 16 years of service as senior account manager pensions at Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering (now: NN), I switched to the direct advice market in 2000. Since 2014, I have been a member of the Financial Services Expertise Board, which advises the Minister of Finance on professional competence and examination of financial service providers within the Financial supervision act (in Dutch: Wft).
In addition, I am involved in audit projects & Due Diligence in the pension field and lecturer of various professional pension and financial planning courses. Aloys Harmsen is Master Financial Planning (MFP) and completed the Pension Law course (Certified Pension Consultant) at the VU.
